Tater Tot Casserole

Tater Tot Casserole is famous because of the show 19 Kids and Counting

They made a tater tot casserole and everyone was just raving about it.   I found the recipe online and of course tweaked it for my family since there are only 4 of us.

2017 Nebraska Football Schedule

It’s that time of year, where the leaves start changing and we start to enjoy bonfires.

The first game is right around the corner.  I can’t wait to go tail gating, enjoy good food and the sound of the crowd screaming at the tops of their lungs for the Big Red.

If you haven’t gotten your poster to keep track of all of the scores you better soon because they always go fast.

Stay tuned for some amazing dishes for your game day party or tail gate.
