The crunchwrap is another family favorite.  Try mixing up the ingredients to get the taste you like.

It is a quick and easy meal on a work night or on a busy weekend.

Instructions
  1. In a skillet or large cooking pan, brown the ground beef. Then drain grease
  2. Place meat back in pan and stir in taco seasoning and water(according to package) Cook according to package (normally 5 minutes)
  3. Warm up nacho cheese in microwave
  4. Place the flour tortilla on a plate, then place tostada shell, a few spoon fulls of meat, a dollup nacho cheese, then shedded mexican cheese, tomatoes and lettuce
  5. To fold, start with the bottom of the tortilla and fold the edge up to the center of the filling. Keep doing this all the way around
  6. Spray another skillet or cooking pan with cooking spray and heat over meduim heat. Place the crunchwrap seam side down. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown
  7. Server and Enjoy!
