Pepperoni lasagna roll-ups are great for a family meal. It’s a great way to use up all of those lasagna noodles.
I made this a few times and got the recipe from Taste of Home. If you have extra ricotta, cheese use add it to crackers while you wait for the food to cook.
The original recipe used only 3 noddle’s but that wasn’t going to work in my house. You can really make as many as you want as long as you have enough cheese, meat, and sauce.
Even put it back in the fridge for a late night snack.
Try it with a light salad or breadsticks.
